If you're calling on WiFi, iphlne can pretty much talk forever. If you're calling on WiFi, you can call nearly for as long as you'd like. The lower your ping and jitter, the better. Find, download, and install iOS apps safely from the App Store.
All gamers know, almost inherently, that lag affects them negatively. When pings and, especially, jitter are high, it's a pretty horrible experience, just as it would be with any other VoIP service.

The receiving end claims that my voice is too low and breaking up all the time, when I have full signal on LTE. Purchase text messaging SMS and long distance credits to save even more.
